The room offered was not the room viewed on Hotels.com. We looked at three other rooms and even their sister hotel (same ownership) before we settled into a room. We left after three days for a much nicer hotel, the Windsor Plaza.

Beautiful spacious new hotel. Only critism is the comfort of the mattress. Excellent facilities including free laundry facilities and use of kitchen. Be aware some of the rooms do not have TV's but it serves the purpose
