「none of the amenities advertised were available to us, the apartment was not clean, had very little kitchen utensils, no cutlery, a wet dirty cloth and scourer was left for us to use, a dirty used bath mat, oven trays had sticky cooked sauce on them, no access to pool or gym, no room service or daily housekeeping. all these things were stated as being available. requested refund to go to different accommodation but was refused, we left apartment 3 days early and stayed somewhere else. 「Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.」

The location is very quiet and is not too far from the district #1 which has many sightseeing spots. The apartment is clean and well organized thus we had no trouble while we stayed.
