「Overall a very good value place to stay, and as long as you know the place’s limits in advance you can plan round them. A bit on the basic side (no desk in the room, no towels, no dedicated wifi (something cloudy that didn’t work on 4th floor, so I tethered iPad to phone). toilet and shower a bit “military grade” but the price point was exceptional. Most of the staff were really friendly. Oh yeah there was a bit of a smell in the 4th floor corridor, but this was only in the corridor not in...

「Location great, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Parking was easy. Hotel looking a little old in parts but clean room and well serviced. Good if you keep in mind it is an older hotel. 」

「Lovely staff, a radiator sprung a leak in the bathroom which was temporarily sorted, and imediately repaired the following day. Quality full English breakfasts and exceptional evening meals. I highly recommend The White Swan in Lowick.」

「Excellent food, attended a wedding function and tbh the staff looked overrun. Although the day was in general was excellent. Rooms not available for all guests until 15.00. This meant if travelling to a function from distance, there was very limited changing facilities. Think it could be better if there was an area that people could get changed in. That apart would recommend the hotel, as found the bedroom and facilities excellent.」

「This has been my favourite UK staycation! The hosts were so lovely and kind. The rooms were clean and have everything you need with a few extra touches like dressing gown, heaters/hot water bottle and tea/coffee. The cooked breakfast was soo tasty! The location is perfect and not too far from everything..lovely views of cheviot hills. I have nothing negative to say...it was the perfect stay! Thank you! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Northumberland!」

「Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend.」
