「Nice easy location for Lindisfarne. Good menu, but seems to be the same one at each of this group of hotels. Decent sized room, with tea and biscuits supplied. Bed and pillows a little too firm for my liking, but some people may prefer them this way.」

A bit on the basic side (no desk in the room, no towels, no dedicated wifi (something cloudy that didn’t work on 4th floor, so I tethered iPad to phone). toilet and shower a bit “military grade” but the price point was exceptional. 「Great stay at the Roxburgh. I had a room with a lovely sea view. The room had everything I needed, including a large shower and fresh milk in the fridge which was a bonus. The bed was a little soft for my liking but I slept well with the sound of waves and no other noise. The breakfast choice was good with friendly service. Plenty of parking was available.」
