"The front desk caught wind of the fact it was my daughter's (6) birthday. Later that evening Chloe brought up a little gift bag with a card and some candy bars. Very cool extra step on their part. The staff here were the best. I unfortunately don't remember everyone's name, but they went above and beyond for us and we won't be staying anywhere else in the Columbus area. "

"Refreshing and peaceful place to stay. It was clean, and I felt safe in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The only downside to the trip is that parking is less than ideal. At $26 per day it’s a bit over-the-top. The “official” lot for the hotel is a block away, and that is much less but not all travelers can walk because of disabilities, etc."

"We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center and the hotel’s locale was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t fond of the parking fee but I did like the availability and proximity of the parking. The room was big and worked very well for our needs. We will use this hotel again if needed. "
