Although I knew it was a lower-priced room, I was surprised that they didn't even provide hair conditioner. 3. The receptionist misspelled my name when checking me in at the kiosk. I told her it was incorrect, but she insisted on using what she thought was the correct spelling and continued until the error occurred. Only then did she agree to re-enter the correct name (the name on my passport), and she completed the check-in with a rather unfriendly attitude. In conclusion, I think there are still many areas for improvement, but first and foremost, I hope the moldy stains can be thoroughly cleaned and removed."

"The hotel is clean, convenient and room is spacious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again. "

"I had a great stay at Caesar Metro Taipei Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the day. It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."

"Great location when visiting Banqiao district near Taipei. Right next to subway, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A bit older hotel that the water in shower will take a few mins to warm up, but with all what you needed and great staff. The breakfast is also amazing. "

"I liked their breakfast ,they did change menu a bit daily, the room is small but clean , the staff is super nice, and the laundry is free to use , the location is super convenient ,I can take metro from international airport to here, only need to transit to Blue line, walk 3 minutes from metro exit no 2. very safe to walk there ,I walked to the hotel at 10pm. "
