"Make sure if you want to use the pool that its in service ahead of time. If you booked through Agoda.com or Hotels.com don't expect a meal. Staff went above and beyond though just need to ask. Also hidden and even some locals cant find it."

"The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. I used an empty paper bag for waste basket. What more can I complain about since the hotel rate is very affordable."

"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning.
