"Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. Things happen but with them , just let them know and they will fix it right away!! Just hope the managers will treat the staff nicely. We heard one manager questioned the staff while we can hear and see them. I mean everything is good. Nobody cares or bothered but the manager question the staff at the lobby. If she was doing her job, she could have ask them privately or pull the staff aside. Anyway. Just like my wife said “ Familiar but Professional Service”. They even prepare a surprise cake for us because it’s our 10th monthsary."
