Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature.
It was ok. The pool was not clear and there were some insect in it. Maybe they can clean it regularly so it won't look that way. The room was clean though.

Less than expected
Our stay at the resort was less than expected. The overall condition seemed a bit run down, and it was disappointing that none of the water heaters in the 3 rooms we booked were functioning. The lack of internet and cable services further dampened our experience. The absence of amenities or activities made it challenging to enjoy our time there. The restaurant service was notably slow, and while the food was passable, it didn't leave a lasting impression. The saving grace was the natural view the resort provided, which was the only aspect we truly appreciated.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I liked the area where the resort is....peaceful and very green... weather was perfect, a bit windy because of the LPA.
The facilities are not well maintained. They could have checked first if everything was functioning well inside the room: hot shower was not functioning, the aircon was not cooling properly and the cable TV (cignal) was not working, water of the toilet was continuously flowing (what a waste of water), I was charged 20.00 pesos per head for preservation of environment, ecosystem upon checking in. But as soon as we reported these, they attented to it and it got fixed, except for the continuous flow of water in the toilet.
The good about the property is the view and the jacuzzi in the room, but the room and the bathroom facilities are not modern and upgraded, it floods in the floor of the shower, there's no room wifi and wifi in the common areas are so slow. The employees are in a hurry to go home and would not extend the extra mile to help the guests. Nobody will help you with your luggage, you need to bring it to your room on your own. The dining area also closes early at around 8pm plus when we went to the convenience store at around 6pm no body was manning it.
The external environment was great. The room was disappointing:
1. No hot water in shower; we had very cold showers
2. Bathroom was so small and put at the wrong corner of the room
3. We stayed for 2 nights and no effort to clean the room, not even bring toilet paper. We had to ask for it.
4. Mattress was not so comfortable.
5. Air-conditioning was not working properly.
6. Ceiling fan was waiting to drop, so we never used it.
The view was great, the pool though was too cold for enjoyment.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
Boring. It was ok if your purpose is only to rest. The so called infinity pool is overrated.
