「We had a few issues with our room. It was advertised as having a kitchenette, but instead it only had a mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave—there was no sink as shown in some of the photos. Our room was also located next to an elevator, and the noise was constant, both late at night and early in the morning. 「This is a beautiful property. There were a few un expected things that happen. The beach chairs and umbella were not both included although I called in advance and was told they were. The guy said it had something to do do with our rate, which was through Expedia and shouldn't be reffered to like that. Then the drinks were very watery and my group only ordered the one. It had a lovely onsite restaurant but it took at least 30 minutes for our breakfast to arrive and there was only three tables...

「Room was clean and neat, good bath towels. Liked the temperature control. Pillows were not so good. Also, daily maid service was restricted to changing towels. Could have made the bed and emptied baskets too.」
