「An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. 「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. I know I will be booking with them again when I return! 」

「We had a camper van that would not fit it their garage and they suggested parking2 blocks away next to the post office which was free after 8:00pm. 」

「Wir haben diezwei Nächte im B&B sehr genossen. So sollte ein kleines B&B sein! Eine überaus freundlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, schöne Zimmer sehr bequeme Betten und das Bad hat sogar eine Dampfdusche. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet, die Lage mitten im Ort, trotzdem sehr ruhig und ideal zum Erkunden der Umgebung. Parken kostenlos ohne Probleme möglich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen!」

「Wunderbares Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Spa- und Poolbereich sind perfekt und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick von oben. Wir waren am Saisonende deshalb waren viele Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe schon geschlossen. Dennoch sehr schöne Gegend und Umgebung」
