「The property is currently under renovation so the outside looks questionable at first, but the rooms are very clean and well cared for with pristine bathrooms. Close to shopping, fuel, & restaurants. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I can say is the beds could be replaced with a more comfortable mattress.」

「My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.」

「My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall.」

I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"...
