「The hotel is clean and newly furnished, necessities such as towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided for free. Bring your own dental set because it is a chargeable item. The room is a bit small, can hardly walk if you have the suitcase opened. Location is perfect, there is a supermarket and a bookstore just around the corner; also, just a 5 min walk to the Main Street. 」

「Great location, central to the bus stops, restaurant/centre of town, and the streets for shopping. Bed/bedding/cushions were very comfortable. Kitchen was great too, the coffee machine and beans provided were so good. The grocery store is up one block - very convenient. Storage for luggage nearby (not a lot and kind of sketchy carpark) before checkin We were in room 1 on the main floor, shared a bathroom with one other room which was not a problem. I usually never choose shared bathroom but...

「Perfect location」

「This hotel rocks, it has everything that every traveller needs. Wash machine plus dryer machine, cook, fridge..etc. the heater and hot running water are strong enough to keep you warm too. Id really like to staying with ice apartment again. It’s only 2 mins walk distance to centre and your information, 5mins walk to pick up station even. 1 min walk distance to get vietnams food. 」

「Clean, warm, comfortable room. In fact, so warm we had to open windows, even after turning the heating down. The view was superb, probably the best in Reykjavik. The only constructive criticism might be that there was nowhere to hang clothes, but there was ample space to leave both suitcases open, so not a big deal.」
