「Great value hotels with lovely staff. Dinner in the bar was expensive for just derp fried or microwave food」

「Couldn’t fault the room and staff at check in/behind the bar. Breakfast let the stay down, waiting nearly and hour for 4 easy breakfast (beans on toast, scrambled eggs and pancakes) and when it finally arrived it wasn’t very nice at all, we did wonder if the scrambled eggs had been dropped on the floor and scraped back on the plate- it looked so bad. Such a shame as the rooms were lovely, very clean and the pub is lovely. I would stay again but wouldn’t be rushing back to have breakfast here.」

「This is a luxurious feeling hotel and experience. We booked a king standard room for one night and we're given the opportunity to upgrade to an executive room. Absolutely no need to and glad we didn't! 10/10 for the stay and delicious breakfast with quality ingredients.」

La struttura è affascinante e molto curata, la camera comoda e accogliente, la colazione è ricca, il personale gentilissimo, c'è posto per parcheggiare e la cittadina di Lytham St Annes è piacevole e curata, vicinissima al caos di Blackpool」

「Great stay at the Queens during the Women’s Open. Single room was not large but perfectly adequate for one and had every thing that I needed. Lovely meal in the restaurant one evening and the breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Not my first stay here and won’t be the last.」

「A lovely hotel, well presented, a great variety of breakfasts available. We had to ask again for tea and for toast. The room was very nice and clean with all amenities.」

「No air conditioning. No fridge. No telephone. Rooms made up every 3rd day is normal practice, they said if we wanted everyday they would mark it as such. Still no room made up after 3 days. Trash left outside the room was left over the weekend. Guests have to fetch clean towels from a supply room. Someone had vomited in the elevator and the smell was horrible. Stayed there 6 years ago and it was fine. It has gone downhill. Rooms were shabby with no maintenance」
