"Front desk upon check-in was nice. The young man was polite. The only thing he didn’t mention was the pool was not open or that they had permanently closed the bar. I booked this hotel for the all season pool & jacuzzi, yet they do not have a hot tub like the photos on the website show. The door to our room was extremely noisy but after a day or two we got use to it. The room itself was a good size with plenty of room. Went to bed the first night and the sheets were filthy. Looked like someone had oozed some type of bodily fluid under the pillows. Went to breakfast the following morning one hour and 20 minutes before it closed and there was virtually no food. I overheard a customer ask the lady if they would be bringing out more and as she’s slamming containers closed she snapped at her and said no there’s nothing more coming. At 8:30 and you stop breakfast at 10 and you gonna act like that and not bring out more food for the 20+ people we saw come in to try and eat. This same kitchen lady made it known to everyone there that her patience was being tried & she was sick of the place & cleaning up after everyone. When I got up to throw my trash away I had left my bagel/cream cheese on the table so I could grab water & she was already running over to my table complaining how people were messy & grabbed my wrapped bagel/cream cheese and threw it in the trash. When I told her I was coming back to get it that my hands were full she stated get another one. Won’t be back."

"Everything was good or acceptable. Our only problem we experienced was the room door wouldnt lock, but there was a privacy door lock that was an okay alternative. I wouldnt have gelt very safe, had I been alone. The room and property were both very clean, comfortable and in good repair, especially considering the age of the building. A good deal for the price. "

"Terrible noise from street. Bikes. Trucks. Loud muscle cars.... ALL NIGHT LONG. They have noise machines in rooms but they don't help much. People next door were college kids - had to call security at 3am. Told staff. They don't care. "Oh, sorry about that." - was all they said. Don't stay there."

"I’m not sure what the cleaning staff use to clean hardwood floor on a first floor room, but the smell was so strong and toxic, my wife barely slept after a 15 hr drive. I had nothing but good things to say after last year’s stay but this was just a bad experience. In hindsight, should have asked for another room but thought opening window would help and it didn’t. Might be trying another hotel next year"
