The rooms were very clean. There is one thing that anyone who books this hotel through expedia needs to be aware--that is if you have paid in advance and need to cancel you will not get your money back. I booked early and needed to cancel at least 5 days prior to my reservation date and this hotel indicated that if I canceled, I would not get a refund!! According to expedia, they contacted the manager of Best Western and he/she would not refund my payment. So before you book this hotel be AWARE!!!!

I was surprised when I walked down the hall that the hotel had received such high ratings if I am honest. The doors were all dinged and it seemed a tad dingy. Our room had a musty smell that never went away (hoped that running the AC would have helped it, but it didn't). The side of the bed that my husband slept on was so squeaky that it kept him up and woke me up almost every time he moved (he was restless that night). My side seemed to be ok strangely enough. The sheets felt worn and pilly. All that said though, I usually sleep pretty badly in hotels, and I actually got some good sleep the second night personally (and found the non-squeaky side of the bed comfortable).
