"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. "Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Carcassonne. Family room was fabulous - clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the street outside. The owners were welcoming and friendly, letting us leave our baggage and offering advice on the local area. Lovely breakfast with a beautiful courtyard outside. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, thank you for a wonderful stay."

Overall I would never rated this hotel as a luxury 5 stars"

Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."
