"The breakfast, lunch and dinner staff were all very good. Very helpful, hard wokers, always pleasant attitude. Also, the same for the bartenders and the trolley drivers. The ice cream shop workers were not so friendly refused to give make a milkshake for my 9 year old and when I inquired as to why not, they gave no explanation. I filed a complaint but never heard back.
Management seems to be lacking. Checkout was at 12:00, when to the desk to checkout at 11:30, had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes because they only had two clerks and they were busy with families that were checking in, although the sign clearly stated checkin wasn't until 3:00. This was totally wrong. Should have an a clerk for checkouts only."
