"I found a glass crack pipe in my room. I reported it to the front desk manager and was informed that I would receive half off the price refund for one night out of my three night stay. I gave the front desk the crack pipe as well. I recieved an emailed apology but no refund. It’s been several weeks since my stay with zero refund for this disgusting find in my room. "

"The staff is the best part, they are very helpfull. The property is aging and needs a fresh make up. I have stayed many times there and to my surprise now they charge a 20 dayly fee for parking. Next time I go to Miami I will probably try a different hotel."

"Excellent facility and overall service. Close proximity to the airport. Shuttle buses to and from Miami airport were luxurious. Plus the service to and from port of Miami was also well run."

"The hotel provided an affordable space with 2 king beds and a sofa bed. There was also 2 bathrooms which is a huge bonus. Many hotels May offer 2 bedrooms but, just 1 bathroom. The property is in dire need of a renovation of the rooms and grounds. The carpet and furniture are old, stained and outdated. The kitchen is a full-size with all appliances but needs to be updated. The hotel also doesn’t offer washcloths. When I asked the clerk, the response was they don’t know why the hotel does not offer same. I thought that was incredible!!! The front desk clerk that checked me out was a young female with no name tag. Very rude and unapologetic. Not personable!! No customer service skills. "
