"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "The hotel lobby smelled like garbage, almost puked everytime I walked through it. The whole hotel was were dirty, our beds were uncomfortable. Rooms also smelled like garbage. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. Staff woke us up in the morning because they thought we would check out that day. Also had problems with checking in. The only good thing was that the mrt station was close."
