This is my 2nd time staying at Fabulous Mutiara Ville, but different unit and block. What I like about this home is clean and tidy. They've kitchen and iron too. If they've hair dryer, that'll be perfect.

There is no proper instructions sent before arrival after arrival we hard to manage to contact owner for checkin process which takes 1 hour and on my 2nd day of stay there is no electricity from 3:30 am to 9;30am

this place is a scam. they were suppose to send a code to enter the place which is a condo of some sort. They didn't and when we came to check in, nobody was there to let us in. we try to reach Expedia as well but of course no one was available. So we ended up leaving and booking a new place on our own. DO NOT GO THERE.

Cell blocks

We arrived, got the keys. Padlocked security cell bars, into a main room. Shocking. Other people in the other 3 rooms in unit. My grandaughter whos 16 would have been sharing her cell with a complete strange man. We left as soon as we booked another hotel.

I was contacted by the property via Whatsapp and was asked whether I'm aware that the room booked and paid by me comes with shared bathroom instead of private bathroom. It was clearly NOT stated shared bathroom in the booking page (via Expedia). In fact during booking it was clearly stated that the room amenities include bathroom with towel, soap etc. So my understanding is it has to be the usual kind of room with private bathroom. I have booked rooms with shared bathroom before and all of them did mention about shared bathroom. But this property does not mention. The fact that the property contacted me to ask whether I'm aware about shared bathroom, already made me feel something fishy is going on. I mean, property wouldn't ask such question if they are not aware with what was shown in the booking page in the first place. If the property knows there is an error in the page, they should rectify it. Instead the property insist that they have advertised correctly and instructed me to check with Expedia. Rubbish!
