「BEWARE: This hotel is extremely dishonest!!
I was asked to give credit card guarantee during checkin, like many other hotels. But the amount was £265, equivalent to one night room charge. But the room had been fully paid thru hotel.com long before the checkin. And the money was immediately removed from my credit card. When asked why it was not a holding guarantee, the front desk staff said the amount would be reimbursed after checkout if no damage done and no mini bar used. This was not...

「The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. 」
