「The lady at the front desk seemed to be the only employee and was away from the desk so I waited about 15 minutes before I could check in. The pool was locked up but she unlocked it for me. It was filthy, no maintenance. So I spent 20 minutes cleaning it before I began swimming. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast kept running out of supplies.」

「Clean room, but not a fan of checking in over a person on a video screen, no person to person contact at all.」

「Subtracted one star because there were a couple of very small maintenance issues. Not enough to affect my decision to stay there. Perfection would raise the price considerably. 」

「Hotel and amenities were excellent. Wide variety of slot machines in the casino. Very clean and ascetically pleasing. Been to many casino/hotels around the U.S. and this one ranks up there with the best.」

「No staff to check in was kiosk. Also key didnt work when we got to room so had to go tobkiosk again. We like real people customer service 」
