「The stay in downtown Nashville was amazing. The place was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The family room area was spacious enough for the 6 of us, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.The natural design of the apartment was very appealing and the furniture was functional, stylish and comfortable. The only issue was that the barn doors for the second room did not adequately cover the room and did not lock. I think that room would benefit from double doors that close...

「Property was nice clean and in a good location. Was kind of surprised and disappointed that they hadn't updated some of the simple things like USB plugs or even a switch for any of the lights in the bedroom area which had to be turned off individually. Biggest disappointment by far was the parking. Closest place we could find was $50 a day!」

「Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and there weren’t enough pillows for the bed. Otherwise it was fine. 」

「It was amazing the location was only a 20 min walk to Broadway and the apartment was just perfect! I did find it hard to communicate as I could never see staff at front desk but it was incredible!!」

「We were excited about this stay based on the pictures and the location, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match the listing. The home is in need of some attention—many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. 「Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. 」
