「We stay at this hotel regularly. It is always insanely clean. The rooms are fabulous. The breakfast is fantastic in the morning and it is geographically convenient to everything.」

「Upon arrival the staff was having issues with the computer system and couldn’t check in any guest. We had to wait awhile for the computer system to come back up. Overall the stay was absolutely great besides the minor computer hiccup.」

「The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.」

「My daughter left the iPhone ear buds when we checked out, after almost one week later she called the hotel and they kept it for her. Very honest and kind staffs, and very impressive!」

「Hotel was nice, clean, and we had no issues. Right by the airport so unless you are getting on one that may be the only downfall hearing airplanes most of the night.」
