「Room was clean. Staff was friendly. I wouldn’t call it “luxury”. The room phone wasn’t charged, so I had to go down to the front desk. One elevator button didn’t work. Ice had to be delivered to the room…plus tip… There was no microwave in the room. There was no room service.
The room was nice, not thrilling. It was overall disappointing. The last hotel I stayed in was the Ritz Carlton in Portland, so the bar was pretty high. The staff at the Joseph was very friendly and accommodating.」
