「Great location and friendly staff」

「Do NOT book here. The experience gives slum landlord more than a B&B/tourist accommodation. The customer service is horrible & the service paid for is not provided. It took a message via their app, a 30-min hold to be hung up on, an email and another call over a 2 day period to get answers to any questions. I was told that he - Andrew (the owner?)- would be there at check-in which is an absolute lie, there is no office or personnel. I was also told early check-in would be possible at 3pm to then...
