「Francisco took great care of us everyday on the beach!」

「Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out. 「Me entregaron habitación justo al momento de mi llegada, una habitación muy cómoda y más que viaje a con dos bebés, solicité una cuna en recepción y facilitó mucho mi estancia, además de que mi bebé durmió muy cómoda. La comida es muy rica y variada, aunque algunas de las bebidas no fueron del todo de nuestro agrado. Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos ampliamente el hotel 」

「Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Had an accident while there (no fault of resort) and they were extremely helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. They went above and beyond to make sure we got to and from hospital, and to the airport to go home for surgery. Would definitely recommend!」
