On the weekend the resort opens up to day users pool gets loaded up with lots of kids and chairs get very crowded The buffet caters to the 80 percent local guests Staff was wonderful Not much English spoken but they try hard

Staff was so attentive and helpful (despite our lack of local language skills). Our room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was incredible! The manager was accommodating when we asked for a late check out due to a late flight on our check out day. All in all, should we visit Ixtapa again, we would like to stay here!!!

The only good thing about this resort is the ocean view. Other than that, everything was bad. Room was not cleaned properly. Found strands of eye lashes on bed and floor as well as random stains and previous water damage patches. Shower drain was clogged. Room does not have a mini fridge and they only provide 2 small bottles of room temperature water. Service from staff was not good at all. Would definitely not return to this resort.

Very disappointed with hotel. Rooms were dirty and in desperate need of renovation. No mini fridge in room and they only provided 2 room temperature water bottles per day. Food options were not good. This hotel was far below the experiences we have had at several other beach city hotels in Mexico. Elevators are horrible. At one point we had to wait almost 30 min for an elevator due to 2 of the 3 elevators being out of order. Will definitely not come back to this hotel.

Great place!

The pool is outstanding! The beach is beautiful with a very long stretch for early morning and sunset walks. The staff is kind, accommodating, professional and friendly. The hotel is very clean which is important to me. The breakfast were very good. The waiters (including at the pool) were very attentive. I met many people that have been coming to this resort for 10+ years. Many of them stay longer than a month! I felt extremely safe.

The hotel has to much to improve. The food and the service are average. I guess matched the price vs the quality of food and amenities. Do not expect a high end resort or over the top service. Long lines for check in, zero attention of food allergies or food accomodations.
