We had a nice relaxing stay. I enjoyed the quiet and the chill this resort had to offer. Stall were friendly and helpful. Pickelball court was all ours. Food was good, probably the best food I have had in any other all inclusive I have attended. Please be aware that there are a lot of stair. The walk into town is 15 minutes. Very doable!!

The staff at Las Brisas Ixtapa are excellent and always accommodating. The location of the hotel is wonderful and the sunsets are beautiful. The property itself is aged and very run down. There needs to be a lot of upgrades done before we will return.

The food is mediocre, at best -for really good food you have to go to Zijhauteneo - but the rooms and huge balconies all looking out over the ocean are wonderful and the location is spectacular. The only downside is there are a lot of steps and uneven surfaces, so it can be challenging for people with bad knees or balance issues.

The property is great for the staff alone. They really go above and beyond to satisfy their guests. Each room has a wonderful view of the private beach, and the local restaurants serve great food. I do recommend that they start to update the air conditioning systems as it can tend to be a bit warm in certain rooms that have an older system. Otherwise, it is great for couples and families looking to stay at the resort the entire time.

The resort is well kept and a delight to the senses. Modern art in some nooks and corners. The food is reasonably priced compared to what you’re getting at the centro Ixtapa. The room is bright and cool with ocean view. And the price per night is of great value.

Spacious room liked the large shower with plenty of water pressure. We liked the multi use shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would have liked bottle of lotion. The patio/balcony was wonderful however the patio door needs to be updated we couldn’t close it completely

The beach is stunning! The rest of the resort was very dated although I will say they kept the rooms clean. Lots of stairs which was ok if you are young. Not easily walkable go shopping. The Italian restaurant was exceptional. I booked this thinking it was 4 star and I would say it is 3 at most

The property is a little tired. The pool is in need of repair. Room was cleaned well but beds are a little soft. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The bar area is lovely and provides a fantastic view for evening sunset. Breakfast was basic, the “sausage” was basically cut up hot dogs, never any bacon. The resort itself is quiet with minimal entertainment on Friday nights only. We enjoyed the speciality restaurants.

The room was quite nice and clean. Beautiful view of the water. They have elevators. The front desk staff needs to have some training on how to recognize when someone comes to the desk and not to make a reservation on the phone when people are waiting to check in. We did have interaction with the front desk manager who was very helpful and pleasant. The concierge was not helpful at all.
