「The staff was very nice. But unfortunately my stay was not ideal. I checked out early bc the shower smelled like rotten eggs. Additionally, I found fair in my sheets.」

I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here.」
