「At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago.」

「I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait...

「Unfortunately the hotel had surprisingly canceled our reservation some time ago because another customer with the same last name was canceling theirs … it was an annoying and stressful situation at our check in since we were in town for a family party, but it could have been worse if they had no rooms left. Fortunately we were able to get two rooms as we had reserved. Unfortunately we got a smaller rooms at a higher rate :(」
