We were greeted by Eugene who gave us a tour of the property and its history. We have never felt so welcomed at a hotel in our lives! The Inn is picture perfect and our all around experience was amazing! We would recommend this place to everyone! Perfect getaway for couples. Definitely planning our next visit

Eugene was very welcoming and accommodating. We loved the charm and history of the old Inn. Very nice fitness area and several sitting rooms on the main floor. Quiet area but not far from stores/dining. If you don't want to climb the stairs, request a room on the ground floor. Definitely would stay here again.

Rustic and simple but very clean room in a quiet and peaceful off-the-beaten-track area with a friendly and helpful manager. When an unforeseen weather event took down many trees and power lines, resulting in no electricity or running water that night and with the street temporarily blocked, the manager was very kind and helpful and provided water bottles and offered adjustments. This was in the face of a days-long disaster for both the inn and the whole township.

Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants.

The Inn was in the midst of renovation & updating, but Charlie the innkeeper could not have been a better host! I use “innkeeper” because he exuded the old-style charm, service and attention to guests of a bygone era! He catered to our every need and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Will definitely go back!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for getting around the property. However, we came after check-in & the room we booked, was no longer available. Although we appreciated the upgrade, the room was dirty and not very accommodating. The amenities were also very misleading. Although wifi isn’t the most pressing issue, it was very poor.

The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.

It was a very great experience. Our caretaker Satish was very lovely to my husband and I. The property has gyms,a pool and even cute swings on a tree to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. I would definitely go here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pocono Inn Resort, our room was spacious and clean. It also provided plenty of towels and toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). The beds were also pretty comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Eugene at the front desk was awesome, he was super friendly and we spent quite a bit of time talking with him about the Inn and the local area. He was such a pleasure all weekend. There is a really nice gym onsite and plenty of sitting rooms in the main building to relax and hang out. There are also snacks and water offered throughout your stay, which is a really nice touch. The location is also very centralized to many places such as Bushkill Falls, horseback riding, restaurants, shopping, and more. Now for the cons…..there is a definite need for some improvements and renovations. First of all, the grass, it was explained to us that they are having trouble with their lawn guy and although we understand this, the high grass makes the place look abandoned and unwelcoming. The grounds are absolutely lovely, but you can’t really enjoy them at this point. The towels were very rough and maybe could be replaced. The bathroom door in our room needs to be replaced as it is falling apart. There was a back door in our room which lead to an outside “patio”, but there was nowhere to sit and enjoy and there are also hedges blocking the view. With all that said, we will absolutely be back and look forward to our next stay.

We saw they had a high review so booked based on that. When we arrived we were the only people there. The bed and TV were nice enough but the bathroom was stained so looked dirty. The place looked more like it was a converted studio apartment living and our door did not provide any privacy as there was space all around the frame. The manager happen to stay across the way from us so that was a bit weird. On our second night the power went out and we had no running water. We were not notified of the outage and had to find different accommodations after we found coming back at midnight. The manager only suggested a nearby motel which was dirty and unkept. Trying to get refunded for those 2 nights we didn't stay was like pulling teeth. They happily said they would refund but only gave us part of it. When we asked about it the apologized and gave us a bit more but it still wasn't the price of those 2 nights. We had to send them out receipt with the pricing of those 2 nights to get the rest of what is owed and they are taking their time to respond so not sure if we will get our full refund. Don't believe any of the good comments. I'm not sure where they came from. All the bad comments about this place turned out to all be true.

This is an Inn with character and history, yet great modern amenities. Eugene at the front desk was friendly and helpful and gave us a tour of the historic Inn area. Our room was in a separate building nearby and had very comfortable beds, a large TV and everything we could want. Our kids loved the big tree swings overlooking the long sweeping lawn with forest views. There is a pool plus two extremely-well stocked gyms plus ping pong, pickle ball, and basketball. The surrounding area was beautiful with a real feel of the Poconos and yet food options were not far away. We were also suprised that a delicious continental breakfast was included, which we hadn't expected. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was kind and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The bathrooms were dated, but very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The facilities were very nice.

Un hotel muy acogedor. La habitación remodelada y moderna. Todo muy limpio y agradable. Ningún mal olor en la habitacionl. La cama firme y las almohadas super suaves (yo las amé). Disfruté el recorrido del manager mostrándome los espacios de la casa, construida en los años 30 (yo no había visto cabinas telefónicas dentro de una casa residencial 😊). Mi esposo y yo quedamos satisfechos y volveríamos a hospedarnos. ♥️
