「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. 「It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions」

「Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful. Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need.
