「Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean. The location to downtown and to the Jannus live venue was perfect. Within a 5 minute walk. They were kind to my emotional support animals and I had free parking right next to the hotel. They said they had just reopened so the couple of things like the elevator not working ( got my steps in) and my shower being cold (was refreshing after dancing all night) were the only downsides. 「This is the first time that we have stayed at a self service / self checking in Hotel. It was super easy. Hotel was clean. Plenty of parking. I was very surprised at the location of the Hotel in relationship to walkable restaurants. Great complementary coffee and croissants in the morning. They have a French restaurant on site and bar. Fast WiFi. The only thing I would like changed. Would be a bathmat in the shower area. 」
