「Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me」

「Room was clean and property was well cared for. Location was amazing. No noise from outside could be heard at all in our 8th floor room. Adequate breakfast and great coffee. Would stay here again!! 10/10」

「Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service.」

「The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.」

「Great location close to everything! We walked to a lot of the places we went to. Also there was a super cute bar inside the hotel that was a bar and coffee shop! We loved having a martini at the end of the night.」

I was okay to excuse the unavailable staff at of check-in, the abrupt $50 deposit, the 40min wait for my room, the rundown condition of the property, the cigar odor, the broken blinds, loud neighbors during quiet hours, or the restroom with a faulty doorknob and heavily damaged shower. For the price, I was willing to excuse that since all I needed for the night was a place to hold my belongings and a bed to rest my head. I just needed one night. My tipping...
