I didn’t like the fact that 2 of the 3 nights there was a big family across from us and above us where huge fights broke out between them in the middle of the night. Like 230 am. Stomping on the floor and throwing each other against the walls. What’s next? Gunshots? Unacceptable and the hotel did nothing to stop it even though I called the desk. I don’t think we will be staying there again. Not a good stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a great location. Minutes from the airport and strip. Very clean a spacious rooms. Minor gripes: I didn’t get my room cleaned/refreshed when I asked. Parking was scarce when they are full.

Staff was great and the property was clean. The buffet style breakfast was great. The rooms were clean,spacious and quiet. Great dining options within walking distance and a Starbucks right in the same parking lot as the hotel.

Are weekend getaway was awesome !! Give this place a try if you want to be away from the strip.. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was great, room was comfortable and clean and free breakfast!!

Rooms were great with an unexpected kitchenette and living space. This was very beneficially when we had to set up a crib for our infant. The tv also swiveled so we were able to watch tv while the baby slept in the living room.

I would give it 5 stars on every catagory except for one issue. They don't service the rooms daily. The rooms all have kitchens which I take full advantage of - Having the garbage in the room for two or three days (especially food waste) can be a problem. The staff is top-notch in every way and the property is meticuloulsy maintained. Overall the best place to stay for business trips in the entire valley.

The parking on the property was very tight in the evening. The fitness center needs an update with some additional equipment. The staff and room was excellent. Breakfast was normal fare for this type of hotel. Overall a good stsy .

Needs some maintenance, but a nice place.
Very comfortable bed. They need to keep up with repairs. Our tub drained very slowly so we were showering in a puddle. The electronic wall controls for the drapes need to be replaced. For some reason the hallways were very cold. The lobby is very comfortable and welcoming. Great location for visiting Henderson.

Dissapointing stay
The hotel was pretty disappointing. The lobby entrance smelled like sweat the entire night and next morning. One of the elevators was broken down and we waited forever to get our luggage up to the room. The internet didn't work, so we told the front desk as we were leaving for dinner, and she said they were going to have to reset it. It never worked during our stay. The room was not well insulated. Noise from the street and noise from people in the hall kept us awake. At one point the people in the room across from us brought take out to eat in their room and the rooms are so poorly insulated that our entire room smelled of their dinner as we were trying to fall asleep. We stayed here because we live an hour out of vegas and we had an early flight to catch so wanted to save us having to wake even earlier and drive from home. Definitely wont make that mistake again.

The property, amenities, staff and room were very nice, clean and modern. With free buffet breakfast and it has its own kitchenette is a plus. The downside of our stay was that our room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. We told the staff as soon as we entered the room and they were kind enough to offer it to be sprayed or something, but we said its fine not to since we will be out and just be sleeping overnight. But during the night, me and my husband had the same description of suffocating smell of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. I would probably come back and stay in this property again in the future, but will ask for a room change if this situation happens again.

Very nice, clean and friendly. We always get a suite so that we can have our privacy away from our daughter, but still be near her. Although we ordered through Expedia, we were able to call the hotel and secure a Handicap bathroom with a bathtub for our daughter. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with some different varieties each day. We will most likely stay here again!
