What we like. Hotel is clean, big, and friendly staff. What we don't like. Got bit by bugs. We took pictures and showed it to housekeeping and front desk staff and all we got was, ok sorry. We re told management would email or call us back for more information. No call or email at all. Discussing. Leaving the self parking was a mess for everyone. Key card would not work results in long lines. Most of the food court was closd. All of the food stand from the sport bar to the center were not open. Only 4 was open oit of 15. Parking is $18 per day for guest with no in and outs. $18 every time you leace the hotel. Never again.

The hotel is fabulous unfortunately the staff aren’t, poor response to simple issues that you would think would be easy to resolve. All request for service go through an automated system which is hysterical in its response ! Daily room clean inconsistent and many things missed and staff often surly and unapproachable. If you have money and are flashing it around you will inevitably get a good response. Hotel effectively extracts cash from customers like an ATM !
