「Perdi mi dinero, no me quede en el hotel, el personal que atiende es una vergüenza. Somos una pareja de personas mayores, que debia caminar 3 cuadras en las calles de piedra de Antigua jalando se equipaje, porque no tienen parqueo propio, ese no es problema, el problema es que si usted pide ayuda, olvidelo, haga lo que hacen todos, si quiere, como me dijeron... y si no, como uste prefiera.... ASI QUE SI USTED QUIERE UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA VAYA A ESTE HOTEL. Mi esposo y yo preferimos perder...

「This room #12 had a small ceiling fan (4 2-foot paddles) with broken up/down air direction switch. It would only push air up at ceiling. Room (,next yo laundry room dryers) stayed at constant 86 F or 49 C temperature. Very uncomfortable. Management offered a small floor fan with extension so it could be placed at the open door to pull in cooler outside air. Another odd thing was with toilet next to sink, when toilet was flushed and sink drain was open, loud air noise with sewer smell camevl up...

「Very nice place. Only downsides are that it’s a little tough to find if you’re not used to driving in a high traffic areas, no free parking (they offer discounted parking from another hotel down the street) the rooms do not have central AC (only fans & it gets HOT at night), our room and bathroom were right in front of the dining area… so you can hear everything and everyone walking by the room.. other than all of these things… breakfast was fine and staff were very friendly.」
