「Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. 「Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough」

「Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14 」

「Very convenient facility and good staffs , but it's too long to clean the room by 4 days. The environment is not very safe.」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「Fint og velholdt hotell. Vi fikk et stort og fint familierom, standarden var bra og alt virket nytt/bra vedlikeholdt og rent. Den eneste bemerkningen var at den kom med en kapsel-kaffemaskin der man fikk 2 kapsler for hele oppholdet vårt på 4 netter, kapselene kunne heller ikke kjøpes på noe supermarked. Frokosten hadde et bra utvalg. Veldig fint å ha bassenget på en familieferie, vår datter på 8 år var der hver eneste dag. Veldig fin beliggenhet med 5 min gåtur til nærmeste metro-stasjon, og så...
