「My mother had dementia and had a medical event, I had to fly down quickly. I booked a room there for 1 week. It checked all the boxes I needed. It had a kitchenette with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, ect. It was clean, had a good amount of cable channels and a beautiful pool. Its very wonderfully retro and very clean. 「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
