"Spent one night, basically a place to leave our stuff. beds were comfy, room was clean. Shower head had almost no power had to damn near had to stand on top of the drain to get wet. Fridge and Microwave in the room were clutch. Solid 3.5 out of 5"

"The entire staff was extremely accommodating and attentive to all my requests and concerns. The hotel is located in nice clean area downtown next to the Metro and eating establishments. The area was extensively patrolled by PD. The National Guard was present all around the city and on the Metro. I felt completely safe traveling at night as well during the day. The hotel was clean and nice accommodations. The room was large, nice size bath, extra large windows with an awesome view. Nice writing desk and mini kitchen. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable."

"Stayed here for 1 week: PROS-Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our showerhead was not working right (either cold or hot water, nothing in-between). Front desk called maintenance who had it fixed in an hour (they also offered us a new room, but we stayed put); Housecleaning stage very nice & responsive. Restaurant food was good and very affordable (compared to California); Great A/C, CONS-Lounge was closed for remodeling; some towels left a lot of lint; No Bluetooth on TV."
