「Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.」

「Immaculate accommodation, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Good coffee pod machine with fresh milk which was a nice touch. Good shower and toiletries. Very centrally located to all amenities, including shops and train/bus stations. Cheap car parking for £3.50/day at the train station. Only slight niggles were strange clicking noises coming from fridge and would have liked an earlier check in time. Aside from that, we very much enjoyed our stay. 」

「Very convenient location. Huge room which was great! Laundry is odd but we used the heater to dry the clothes as the dryer portion of the all in one doesn’t work. The caretaker was also great. 」

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). 「Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...
