「Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. 」

「Room’s too small and the window is not big enough for having a more open view. Only fixed shower which is not convenient. However breakfast and the view of the restaurant is exceptional!」

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar. Het hotel is groot, schoon en goed onderhouden, met verschillende faciliteiten die het verblijf comfortabel maken. 「The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, which was the only positive. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and most areas are unmaintained, to the point that it feels beyond repair. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were low quality, and the room smelled like plumbing. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no activities available, and the food tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, despite the friendly staff, I would not recommend staying here.」

「Recently had a very pleasant 7 night stay at the Falcon Hotel. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and food, although wasn't much variety throughout the week, was perfectly fine and enjoyable. I would like to give special thanks to Anastasia who is the multi-lingual resident Yoga/Pilates instructor, thank you for the yoga and music lessons from myself and the rest of my family!」

「The staff was very nice.especially the young lady in the restaurant was very pleasant, friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the rooms were not spotless! Attention was not given to detailed cleaning. The bathroom walls had stains and hair stuck . The bed was much too low and therefore made it very difficult to get in and out of bed.. the decor was pleasant.」
