「It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure.」

「Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. We stayed 5 days , and believe 3 days are more than enough.」

「Es war insgesamt in Ordnung. Schade war allerdings, dass die Küche nicht nutzbar war. Den Kühlschrank konnte man immerhin benutzen. Beim Frühstück wird man zwar satt, allerdings wäre etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen. Gefühlt flog alle fünf Minuten ein Flugzeug direkt über uns hinweg. Jedes Mal war es entsprechend laut. Wer in Ruhe schlafen möchte, ist hier daher eher nicht gut aufgehoben.」

「Amazing property next to the beaches」

「The location of the property is excellent and it is a very cute boutique-style hotel. However, it is built with poor-quality materials and it is visible. The hotel staff is poorly-trained. There were only two nice waiters: Kevin and Nunhan; the rest were unfriendly and it was the first time that I encountered such poor service in Turkey. They would not even greet guests after seeing them at breakfast day after day, for example. The cleaning ladies had a very unpleasant attitude and didn't clean...

「La struttura in se è ottima come il servizio di self check-in il brutto è stato entrare in un appartamento che puzzava di fumo in modo esagerato. Ritengo che se non è stato il personale che ha preparato l' appartamento fosse doveroso lasciarlo in standby e assegnarcene uno diverso. Passi per il divano letto non preparato....il letto sono abituato a prepararlo ma casa mia!!」

「The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.」
