This place is AWESOME! The location, facilities and staff were amazing. Limak has something fun to do all day and night. The food options are authentic and wonderful. Getting a car to go into town, the aquarium or Land of Legends was super simple. The pools are cool, the night shows are better and the night spots to dance with family and friends was super fun and incredible. The bartenders make sure that you're going to have a great time and relax ;) The hotel has a private beach for jet-skiing, parasailing and other water activities. Antalya is a great place to go away to, be safe and have a great time.

This hotel is listed as five star, the facilities, amenities, cleanliness. Property upkeep is not even three-star, we as a family are highly disappointed with the level of service and this day, a hotel dictates the level of vacation standard and by that standards this hotel ruined our vacation in Antalya, turkey

Error in Hotels.com data transfer!

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with ages 8 and 14 via hotels.com. Upon arrival we were told the information hitels.com gave had 2 adults and 2 INFANTS aged under 1! We were then charged extra for our stay - which was not a pleasant surprise! Other than this - the stay, room, food and service was excellent.

We got spoilt!

When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of! A special thanks to our waiter Samek. A very polite and thoughtful person. A further fairy was Emina, who cleaned our Suite every day with a warm heart. We had a fantastic and a very relaxing holiday and got really spoilt! Thank you! P.S. you should try out the Hairdresser!

This was a fantastic resort...the outside area was perfect... amazing water park area for the kids...loved how there were 3 sections to the water park, one that was perfect for each age group. So many great pools, amazing beach, and the views were magnificent. I loved swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Most surprising was how great and massive the buffet restaurant was. The food there was awesome. The rooms were very nice as well with an amazing view from the balcony. Now there were some downsides. It was always hot inside most of the building, especially the higher floors. I'm sure it was also because the weather was in the high 90s over there, but I feel like they could have kept it a bit cooler inside. Even the rooms we were not able to keep cooler than 75 (24 C). Now the most disappointing part: When we got there we were surprised to find out that the 2 nice restaurants there were not included as part of the all inclusive package. Aside from the small outdoor Turkish restaurant, the buffet restaurant was the only one that was part of the all inclusive. Also disappointing was the game room which was also not included and it cost $25 just to play 10 games. Bowling and pool were even more expensive. An all inclusive resort should include everything. The game room was supposed to be the only form of entertainment for kids at night and they made us pay for it.

Excellent property would rate it as a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star as I feel it doesn’t meet the 5 star standards. Only 20 mins or so from Antalya Airport. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room and the view was excellent. The room is well equipped. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the hotel. Just a few things they can look at improving, one is that there were flies in the Zen Restaurant where the all inclusive buffet is served, that’s not a good sign of hygiene, the hotel management need to do something about it as that is not what you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel. The second thing is that there a too many people and very few lifts. We had to wait over 10 mins each time to get a lift, the management should look at adding more lifts/elevators in the property. The rooms are a bit outdated and getting old and definitely needs some attention towards making them more modern and giving them a new look.

There’s better hotels!

I firstly want to address that this is not a 5 star resort. By most standards. This is a 3 star for US tourists and pushing 4 star for main holiday providers in the UK that sell package deals. At check-in I wasn’t greeted with any etiquette or manners. I was travelling solo with my son and the front of house desk was rude. I filled out the paperwork and flagged my son was allergic to nuts. I was told the kitchen will help with food selections. The hotel: it needs a refresh. It’s looking tired and the lighting at night in communal internal spaces was like being in a bingo hall. There was zero ambiance. The all inclusive package isn’t great for those wanting to drink alcohol. The wines are like vinegar, the spirits are full of sugar and no alcohol. You will find it impossible to get drunk. The food is very greasy. So greasy that the floors outside are slippery. Elderly be careful. It’s terrible. The quality of the food is low. It’s repetitive. And if you have allergies, good luck trying to find someone who speaks good enough English to explain what’s in it. Foods incorrectly labelled. I found out later that my son should have had an allergy bracelet to let the kitchen staff know he has allergies. This was completely missed and made sense why I was almost arguing with the kitchen staff daily. Outside is nice and gardens pretty. Pools are FREEZING! Beach isn’t great and LOTS OF JELLYFISH!

The hotel was very nice! The hospitality from all the staff was amazing! The beach and the pool areas were very clean all the time! Even though on this particular weekend there was a lot of kids, the property was very clean all the time. I would have liked seen a little more variety of shrimp and fish, but otherwise everything was great
