「Elegant bit aging. The deadbolt lock on our room door didn't work, which resulted in the staff popping in unexpectedly, and the shampoo container fell off the shower wall on the first day of our stay. (The balcony curtain also came partially down, but that was my fault). The food was good, but basically the same thing every day. Wonderful staff. Shopping is close, but not within walking distance. 「Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars. The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up...
