Gutes buffet , insbesondere Desserts.

We had a wonderful trip with my family. Food was delicious! Everything was fresh, they served lots of traditional Turkish dishes in addition to international cuisine, lots of fresh fruit and juices and adult beverages all day long. Was really touched how professional and kind were their staff. Everyone was very helpful, they went above and beyond to make it fun for everyone. Kids had a great time riding the slides in the waterpark. Their private beach was always clean, they have lifeguards on duty all day long. Lots of fun activities throughout the day. The only unpleasant thing was that a lot of guests smoked close to other people, but it is not the resorts fault. I would really love to bring my family to this fantastic place again.

The general facilities are in good condition, but the service is not. The hotel management failed in the details, especially in all services related to the "room service". They were not responsive enough, were very slow, and their willingness to help was a bit questionable. Generally speaking, I didn't find the usual care of a five-star hotel.

My stay was very enjoyable, and overall the experience ranged from good to excellent. I had a wonderful time at your hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the activities were enjoyable. The food was delicious and offered a great variety, especially the main courses, which I really liked. The only areas that could be improved are the Western desserts, as I felt they were not of the same high quality as the rest of the food, and the furniture in the hotel and rooms is a little outdated. Overall, I received excellent value for the money I paid. I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would happily recommend your hotel to others. I would also be pleased to return again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality!
