「Unterkunft und Essen war gut. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir in ein Rollstuhlfreundliches/ behindertengerechtes Zimmer gesteckt. (Duschvorhang, überall Haltgriffe, tiefes Waschbecken, behindertengerechtes ) Als wir ein anderes wollten, wurde erstmal diskutier. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns jedoch ein normales Zimmer angeboten. Personal ist freundlich, jedoch werden beim Essen wenn niemand am Tisch sitzt, sofort volle Gläser abgeräumt. Insgesamt ein schöner aber nicht hervorragender All inclusive...

「Everyone is so friendly. We loved it so much and visited twice in 3 months. The man who works in the BBQ restaurant during the day is a literal gem. He always took care of us. The staff in the hotel were always ready to assist us. I absolutely love coming here. The pools are so relaxing, the vibes are really nice.」

「Amazing holiday at the Regnum. All the facilities are exceptional. The resort is huge. Always a sun lounger available on the beach or pool any time of the day. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Only thing the buffet didn't have a good selection of vegetarian hot food and the evening show is at 10pm which we found too late.」

「Couple of people made a difference!!! Everything worked out at the end. But if uoubare from US and good AC in the middle of the summer important, pay extra to stay at the lagoon suits. Main building has nice rooms, all different categories and very nice but all have the same bad AC. Lagoon suits are separate standing ans newer. It was perfect. And you get your own restaurants for sit down option or go to main buffet.」

「Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. We stayed 5 days , and believe 3 days are more than enough.」
