「3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...

「Room’s too small and the window is not big enough for having a more open view. Only fixed shower which is not convenient. However breakfast and the view of the restaurant is exceptional!」

「This is a lovely boutique hotel. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby business that has loungers on the beach -- it's very convenient and the set up is pretty comfy. It is also close to the public beach. To get to the old town you have to get a taxi but you can use Uber and it's very easy. Had a great time」

「We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss.
